Calvince Gaucho has launched a scathing attack on Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna, questioning his political strength and personal conduct while suggesting that his political future could be in jeopardy if Embakasi East MP Babu Owino distances himself from him.
In his remarks, Gaucho claimed that Sifuna and Babu were vastly different in character and political standing, arguing that the senator lacked the popularity required to win even a Member of County Assembly (MCA) seat.
“The difference between Sifuna and Babu is like night and day. Sifuna cannot even win an MCA seat; he is very arrogant and disrespectful,” Gaucho said.
He further made personal remarks about Sifuna, alleging that the senator’s conduct towards women was excessive, although he did not provide further details to substantiate the claim.
Gaucho also suggested that a possible political separation between Babu and Sifuna would significantly weaken the senator’s political standing.
“And if Babu leaves Sifuna today, that will be the end of Sifuna,” he added.
The remarks come amid political discussions surrounding the ambitions and influence of key figures within Nairobi’s political landscape.
