President William Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto attended a reception hosted by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Moscow Kremlin.
The reception was held in honour of heads of delegations attending the third Russia-Africa Summit.
Ruto is in Moscow for the summit and its accompanying Economic and Humanitarian Forum, which brings together African and Russian leaders to discuss cooperation between the two sides.
