Cop Shakur has accused Kasarani MP Ronald Karauri of allegedly financing a campaign aimed at promoting former Nairobi Chief Environment Officer Geoffrey Mosiria while discrediting Embakasi East MP Babu Owino.

In a strongly worded statement, Shakur claimed that Mosiria was being used in a political campaign allegedly sponsored by Karauri, dismissing speculation surrounding Mosiria’s health as a publicity stunt.

“Mosiria is not sick. Hii yote ni kipindi proudly sponsored by Ronald Karauri,” Shakur alleged.

He further questioned Mosiria’s financial standing, citing his alleged ownership of a Mercedes-Benz GLE estimated to be worth KSh13 million against a reported monthly salary of KSh200,000.

“Mosiria has a GLE worth KSh13 million. Na mshahara ya KSh200K anatoa wapi?” he questioned, suggesting that Karauri had financially supported Mosiria.

Shakur also alleged that Karauri was paying some TikTok content creators to portray Mosiria positively while launching attacks against Babu Owino.

He specifically named Sparky and Obidan Della, claiming they were on Karauri’s payroll, while identifying Jaymo as the only person in the picture who was not allegedly receiving payments.

The outspoken police officer further claimed that Mosiria would eventually align himself with Karauri’s political camp and would not contest the Nairobi gubernatorial seat in the 2027 General Election.

“He won’t be on the ballot as Governor. Hii yote ni kutumiwa,” Shakur alleged.
