A man has been arraigned at the Etago Law Courts and charged with eight counts of committing indecent acts with minors.
Jacktone Otieno Oyier appeared before Principal Magistrate F.M. Nyakundi and was charged under Section 11(1) of the Sexual Offences Act, No. 3 of 2006.
The prosecution alleges that he committed the offences on different dates between 2025 and 2026 at Nyatike Sub-Location in Gucha South Sub-County.
The court heard that the accused allegedly and unlawfully touched the private parts of eight minors aged between 14 and 17 years.
The matter will come up on October 5, 2026, for consideration of bond, with the hearing set for October 8, 2026.
