The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has urged motorists whose Smart Driving Licences are ready for collection to visit the centres where they registered their biometric details and pick up the documents.

In a notice to motorists, the authority advised applicants to carry their original national identification cards for verification during collection.

The notice reminds drivers to return to the respective centres where their biometric registration was completed to collect their Smart Driving Licences.

Motorists can also check the status of uncollected Smart Driving Licences through the NTSA’s official service portal, using their identification numbers.

The authority provides assistance through its customer care line, 0709 932 000, for applicants who require further information about their licences.
