Kenyan rapper Octopizzo has criticised Kericho Senator Aaron Cheruiyot, accusing him of showing disregard for the Constitution and the democratic principles that govern the country.

In a statement, the rapper condemned what he described as Cheruiyot’s mocking of the Constitution, arguing that such conduct should not be mistaken for strength or effective leadership.

“Mocking the Constitution is not a sign of strength or leadership; it is a demonstration of disregard for the very principles that uphold our democracy,” Octopizzo stated.

The rapper’s remarks appeared to take issue with the senator’s comments on the Constitution, emphasising the importance of respecting the country’s supreme law and the democratic values it protects.
