Actor Dean Norris, best known for his role as Hank Schrader in the television series Breaking Bad, is reportedly divorcing his longtime wife, Bridget Norris, amid financial challenges involving their restaurant business.

According to a report by TMZ published on November 4, 2026, Bridget filed for divorce in Riverside County, California, in 2025, citing irreconcilable differences.

Court documents cited by the publication indicate that the couple married on October 27, 2001, and separated on January 15, 2025. They have five children together, including two minors.

In her divorce filing, Bridget reportedly sought joint legal and physical custody of their children, spousal support and a court determination of their rights to property acquired during the marriage.

Dean is reported to have responded to the filing several months later, although the divorce proceedings had not been finalised at the time of TMZ’s report.

The couple is also facing financial difficulties involving Swing Inn Cafe, a restaurant they purchased in 2022 in Temecula, California.

According to bankruptcy documents cited by TMZ, the business is undergoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. The filings reportedly show that the restaurant recorded a decline of approximately $1 million in gross revenue between 2024 and 2025.

The company reportedly listed assets valued between $100,000 and $500,000 against liabilities ranging from $1 million to $10 million.

Beyond the restaurant, Dean and Bridget also manage the Norris Performing Arts Center.

The couple has largely kept their private lives out of the public spotlight.
