American singer Olivia Rodrigo has announced the release of her first-ever holiday single, titled Take Me Home (4 Christmas).

The singer made the announcement on November 2, revealing that the song and its accompanying music video would be released on November 5 at 5pm Pacific Standard Time.

The original track was written by Rodrigo alongside Dan Nigro and Amy Allen, with Nigro also handling production.

The music video will feature actress Cynthia Nixon, known for her role in Sex and the City, alongside comedian Ben Marshall of Saturday Night Live.

The release marks Rodrigo’s first entry into holiday music and adds a new seasonal project to her catalogue.

The single is being released through Interscope Records, with vinyl and cassette editions also announced.
